Had a lovely visit and really enjoyed the rooftop bar and the relaxing spa services that made our stay feel extra special. The only hiccup was figuring out the shower faucet, which was a bit tricky, but the rain showerhead was fantastic! If you're in the mood for a cozy boutique experience, definitely give this place a shot. 😊

missingWrote a review on Aug 15rooftop barclean roomsstylish decorvalet delays
The rooftop bar creates a great vibe for evening drinks, offering a nice escape from the city's hustle. Clean rooms with stylish decor and high-quality bedding make for a comfortable stay after a long day exploring nearby attractions.
Be prepared for some noise disturbances, especially from the rooftop bar late at night. it can disrupt your sleep if you're not a heavy sleeper. The valet service tends to have delays, which can be frustrating when you're ready to head out. Avoid the area near the elevators if you want peace and quiet, as the foot traffic can be noticeable during busy times. Additionally, the lack of breakfast options in the hotel leaves something to be desired, particularly for those expecting more from a place of this caliber.

Awesome vibe and great views!
Spent 3 nights in a Queen room with 2 queen beds, and it was super comfy. Staff was amazing and even brought champers when my bestie got engaged! The rooftop area's nightlife is a blast, but the club vibe can get a little loud. Loved the bar for chilling with drinks after exploring nearby pizza & dog joints.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, as it made my weekend city strolls so easy, with Navy Pier just over 2 km away and the beautiful Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago only about 1 km from my room. It was just a decent option for a city break in Chicago with reasonable value. Housekeeping was great—my daughter’s hoodie was FedExed back to us right after we called. For a quiet stay, ask for a room on the 13th floor.

Had an awesome time with friends! The hotel has a great vibe and is near some cool spots. We visited Millennium Park and took a fascinating riverboat architecture tour. The rooftop bar is perfect for grabbing drinks after a day of exploring. It’s clean and modern, truly a fun place to stay.
One downside was the noise levels. I could hear everything from the hallway, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

The spacious King Room featured ample space to work, with a well-equipped desk and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. The staff was responsive, efficiently assisting in my requests, and the 4th floor lounge provided a relaxing environment to unwind after meetings.
